Our Current strategies during Covid-19

The news on the Coronavirus has been changing daily and we have been adapting as fast as we can.  Today we received official word that we can continue with our home remodeling projects, existing and new! We have adjusted our way of doing business but feel we can still meet the needs of all our customers.

Here are some of the ways we will be continuing business while protecting you and our staff in the coming days:

• We will be practicing social distancing with all customers in the showroom and in their homes.  No handshakes and hugs!
  
• We will be washing hands regularly and using hand sanitizer in between.  We have been wiping down desk surfaces, door handles, and samples with antibacterial wipes.
• If our employees show any symptoms of the virus, we will ask them to stay home until they are cleared by a doctor.
• We will offer FACETIME meetings for any customers who would like to avoid coming into the showroom so that product selections can still be made, and we can discuss the job.
• In-home measures will still be scheduled following the same guidelines for safety as listed for the showroom.
• We will offer FACETIME calls to help a customer take their own measurements if they prefer not to have someone come in their home. 
• All our installers will be asked to follow the same guidelines for safe in-home work. 

Since you may be spending more time at home, this could be a good time to get that project estimate, have some new flooring installed or get a new countertop!  All these things will involve just a few people in your home at a time.  Wouldn’t it be great to go back to work knowing you have something new and beautiful to come home to?  

Our hope is that by implementing this plan, we can keep our employees working and keep your homes looking amazing and new!  Please continue to shop locally when you can, order take out from restaurants and appreciate a slower paced living in the meantime.  We appreciate you all!
